ARTâfully partnering: Working with HIV positive childbearing women in an African slum

The project is aimed at linking partners in Kenya, Tanzania, and Canada from academic, non‐government organizations, and local clinics who are working with HIV positive pregnant women. It involves Co‐Investigators: Akinyi Odinga, Jaramogi Oginga, Odinga Foundation; and Stephen Nsimba, Muhimbili University College of Health Sciences
Goals / Outcomes: This effort facilitates the formation of a research team and environment that is inter‐disciplinary, inter‐sectoral, and international to better identify, strategize, and plan for a research program targeting some of the most vulnerable.
